Salt Lake City, Utah Police Officer Jeff Payne kidnaps nurse Alex Wubbels.

Two Salt Lake City, Utah Police Officers have been placed on paid administrative leave, after a viral video shows a nurse being assaulted, kidnapped, and falsely arrested for doing her job, and following hospital policy.

The incident took place on July 26th, inside University of Utah Hospital, when Salt Lake City, Utah Police Officer Jeff Payne demanded that nurse Alex Wubbels draw blood from a patient who was admitted to the hospital after a crash.

When Wubbels refuses, citing hospital policy, the cop snaps, yells at her that she's under arrest, assaults Wubbles, grabbing her and twisting her arms, and dragging her out of the hospital.

In essence, kudnapping an innocent woman who was just doing her job.

Paid administrative leave.

In other words, a paid vacation.
