UPDATED FRIDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2017 BY DAVY V.

The Wayne County, NY Deputy who was fired after being arrested and charged with sexual abuse and official misconduct, has been charged with two separate counts of sex abuse.

Second and third degree sexual abuse.

Also, according to officials, the crimes occurred when Wayne County, NY Sheriff Deputy Devin Hall was on duty.

It is unclear at this point if Hall's victim was underage, but it appears so, as officials say the victim was unable to give consent,

The official misconduct charge that Devin Hall is facing stems from the fact that he used his official
position, and authority as a law enforcement officer to sexually abuse the victim.
